Purchase Deadlines: Each tradeline listing includes a purchase deadline — the last date to purchase in order to be included in the current reporting cycle. Purchases made after the deadline will be applied to the following reporting cycle.

Non-refundable circumstances: Refunds will not be issued if the tradeline posted successfully and was later removed, if the client provided incorrect personal information, or if the refund request is made outside the 14-day window.

Credit scores are calculated by independent bureaus and scoring models outside of our control.
